January Starting Activities

Dear Parents,

Please find enclosed our programme of extra curricular activities. The clubs will start on Monday 24th January and will run in the evening from 4.30pm - 5.30pm (Please notice the slightly earlier start and finish to the previous term). The activities will run for a total of 10 weeks.

Every effort has been made to ensure that each year group has at least one activity per night that they can attend. We intend to offer a variety of different activities from Musical to Sporting to Cookery sessions in order to give each child a chance to take part in something they enjoy.

All our sessions will work on a first come first served basis so please be fast in your response if your child is desperate to attend one of our activities. If any of the sessions do become oversubscribed then we will look into putting on extra staff or setting up a reserve list incase any positions become available. Please also be aware that if any of the sessions are under subscribed, those sessions may be removed from the Extra Curricular calendar.

Full payment for all clubs should be paid in advance. Notification of payment will be issued and we will require the payment in cash where possible. You may use Direct Debit if you already use the facility for paying for lunches etc. If the School has to cancel a club due to inclement weather conditions or staff/instructor absence a refund will be issued. Unfortunately due to the fact that fees for the instructors are agreed upon in advance, we cannot offer refunds for individuals should they miss a session.
