Golf tournament 2011
What a fantastic way to end this year´s inter-house competitions, with a golf tournament around La Torre. With two competitions, one for the high handicap players and one for the low handicap players. Chloe Woodhead won the high handicap tournament with a fantastic performance to beat Tom Coleman and Lorenzo Martinez Aguilar. A big thank you goes to Mr Woodhead, for his patience and guidance around the course with these pupils.
The low handicap competition was a close contest with Andres Pintado coming out victorious. He was put under pressure by Matthew Marsden but his straight driving and his calm attitude when under pressure, ensured a comfortable victory over children 5 years his senior. Dimana Viudes y Emilova and Gun Im also put in good performances with Dimana finishing in 3rd place and Gun finishing 4th.
Good luck to Dimana and Andres who will be playing in the Junior Spanish Open this weekend.
